Problem
Partner file exchanges had to stay secure and auditable. When something broke, the team needed a clear signal — not a silent miss.
Built
GoAnywhere workflows for secure transfers, retries, logging, and operator-visible failure paths on the integration side.
Result
Reliable handoffs with status operators can trust: fewer mystery gaps when a vendor asks where a file went.

Entra / DocuSign SSO

Problem
Signing workflows relied on separate credentials and repeat help-desk loops instead of the org’s standard identity.
Built
Entra SSO into DocuSign with administration aligned to Entra groups and normal access lifecycle.
Result
One identity path for signing — fewer one-off passwords, fewer tickets, and access that can be granted or revoked centrally.

Secure remote access

Problem
Homelab and remote admin needed to be reachable without putting management planes on the public internet.
Built
UniFi for the LAN, Tailscale for identity-aware access, and least privilege on who can reach which host.
Result
Remote access that is specific, logged, and not a port-forward. The network stays closed; the people who need in still get in.
