Problem: Partner file exchanges had to stay secure and auditable. When something broke, the team needed a clear signal — not a silent miss.
Built: GoAnywhere workflows for secure transfers, retries, logging, and operator-visible failure paths on the integration side.
Result: Reliable handoffs with status operators can trust: fewer mystery gaps when a vendor asks where a file went.

Problem: Signing workflows relied on separate credentials and repeat help-desk loops instead of the org’s standard identity.
Built: Entra SSO into DocuSign with administration aligned to Entra groups and normal access lifecycle.
Result: One identity path for signing — fewer one-off passwords, fewer tickets, and access that can be granted or revoked centrally.

Problem: Homelab and remote admin needed to be reachable without putting management planes on the public internet.
Built: UniFi for the LAN, Tailscale for identity-aware access, and least privilege on who can reach which host.
Result: Remote access that is specific, logged, and not a port-forward. The network stays closed; the people who need in still get in.
