Entra ID SSO into DocuSign so signing stays on one identity path.

Problem

Signing workflows relied on separate credentials and repeat help-desk loops instead of the org’s standard identity.

What I built

Entra SSO into DocuSign with administration aligned to Entra groups and normal access lifecycle.

Result

One identity path for signing — fewer one-off passwords, fewer tickets, and access that can be granted or revoked centrally.
