Day work is Microsoft 365 / Entra, managed file transfer, and the systems that have to keep running after the project slide is closed. I care about the path the file actually takes, the identity the user actually has, and the failure the operator can actually see.
Background spans UEM / MDM, M365 support, IAM, and incident response — plus CNSP and related CompTIA certs, and an Army veteran path into IT. Off hours I run a homelab — UniFi, Proxmox, Tailscale, local AI — as a place to practice the same habits: least privilege, boring reliability, and tools I can explain.
