Day work spans Microsoft 365, Entra ID, managed file transfer, and the systems that must keep running after implementation. I care about the path a file takes, the identity a user has, and whether an operator can see and act on a failure.
My background includes UEM / MDM, Microsoft 365 support, IAM, and incident response, backed by CompTIA credentials and military service. Off hours, I run a homelab with UniFi, Proxmox, Tailscale, and self-hosted services to practice the same habits: least privilege, reliable operations, and tools I can explain.
